I am writing to provide my wholehearted recommendation for Caroline, who has been an exceptional carer for my elderly mother, Joan Constantine, over the past four years. Mum has been living with dementia, and during this time, Caroline has provided care, compassion, and support that far exceeded our expectations.

From the very beginning, Caroline demonstrated a remarkable ability to connect with my Mum, offering kindness and patience even in the most challenging situations. She has a deep understanding of dementia care, always approaching my Mum with dignity, empathy, and respect. Caroline has a wonderful way of creating a calm and reassuring environment, which has been invaluable in helping my Mum feel secure and at ease.

Beyond providing personal care, such as assisting with hygiene, meals, and mobility, Caroline has brought a personal touch that has made a world of difference. She has engaged Mum in activities that brought her joy—whether it was listening to lovely music, sharing stories, or taking her for visits to the airport and to see the barges on days when she was able. Her gentle encouragement has helped my Mum maintain as much independence and quality of life as possible.

Throughout these years, Caroline has consistently displayed professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to Mum's well-being. She has also been a tremendous support to me and my brother, keeping us informed about my Mum’s condition, offering advice, and providing emotional reassurance during difficult moments.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Caroline has become an integral part of our family. Her care and dedication have given us peace of mind, knowing that Mum was always in the best possible hands.
